Dick Schmid, 17782 Skypark Boulevard, Irvine, spoke in favor of the <br />appeal. The Mayor gave each Councilmember a packet containing data <br />from Mr. Schmid which supported the argument in consideration. <br /> <br />The following persons spoke against the appeal: <br /> <br />David Stone, 1709 W. Berkeley <br />Paul Johnsonbaugh, 1614 S. Joane <br />Bryan Orkatis, Wm. Lyon Co. <br /> <br />Dick Raver, Hubbell Lighting Division, 1212 N. Hubbell Way, Anaheim, responded <br />to Councilmembers' technical questions concerning lighting. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers. The Mayor closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by Serrato, to instruct the City Attorney <br />to redraft Resolution No. 82-134 with the following amendments: <br /> <br />1. That the westerly lights remain in the present locatie~; <br /> <br />2. That the fixtures be reduced from 49 feet to 35 feet; <br /> <br />3.
