Councilmember Luxembourger also stated that he had a complaint regarding <br />the parking lot tickets not being stamped clearly. He also reported <br />that the merchants on Fourth Street were complaining regarding police <br />cars blocking customer parking. <br /> <br />Councilmember McGuigan inquired as to the referral to staff from Aileen <br />Johnson. Staff reported the item would be on the next Council agenda. <br /> <br />Councilman Markel inquired as to the report for the Minter House.
