r <br />"City agrees to pay, and Aramark agrees to accept as total payment for its <br />services, the rates and chazges identified in Exhibit A, as amended to reflect <br />current `price per meal'. The price per meal may be adjusted annually as <br />described in Exhibit A, however, the price shall not increase more than five <br />percent (5%) in any yeaz. The total compensation for food services during the <br />term from February 1, 2004 through Januazy 31, 2005 shall be increased <br />$100,000.00 for a total not to exceed amount, during that term, of $1,045,030.00. <br />The total amount of compensation for all services provided by Aramazk during <br />the term from February 1, 2005 through January 31, 2006 shall not exceed <br />$1,069,138.00 during that term." <br />4.
