Consultant shall provide a monthly summary of "Critical and Routine Trouble <br />Reports", outlining the status of identified critical or routine repairs! maintenance <br />Issues. <br /> <br />B. Consultant shall provide a quarterly report containing a summary of the <br />completed preventative maintenance schedule. <br /> <br />2. CITY'S ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />A. City shall provide adequate storage space for spare parts, adequate work space, <br />sufficient heat, lighting, ventilation, and electrical supply outlets for the use of <br />Consultant's Field Engineers. <br /> <br />B. City shall not allow any person or entity other than Consultant or Consultant's <br />authorized service representative, to perform any maintenance or attempt any <br />repair to or on any covered equipment during the term ofthis Agreement. <br /> <br />9 <br />
