("Motorola") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation ofthe State of Cali fomi a ("City"). <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A The parties entered into AgTeement No. A 2002-038, dated April 1,2002, (hereinafter <br />"said AgTeement") by which MotoTOla has provided maintenance and repair service <br />for City's vehicle radio network contTOller. <br /> <br />B. The parties wish to renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period with the <br />same terms and conditions as described therein. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective pTOmises, and <br />subject to the terms and conditions of said AgTeement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. MotoTOla and City agree to renew said Agreement fOT one year, beginning April I, <br />2005 and ending March 3 I, 2006. <br /> <br />2, MotoTOla shall continue to perform those services and accept payment as set forth in <br />said AgTeement. The total sum to be expended under this Agreement shall not exceed <br />$35,000.00 during the term of this AgTeement. <br /> <br />3, MotoTOla shall maintain and shall require its subcontractors, if any, to maintain <br />pTOfessional liability (errors and omissions) insurance, with a combined single limit <br />of not less than $1,000,000 per claim as well as all insurance described in said <br />AgTeement. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this AgTeement on the date <br />and year first written above. <br /> <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />ATT~~r ,. t-. <br />- , .( ~ <br />i ..-----.~ .' _" If' <br />'--/1.Ct.~I.A.-LC.A-' . <br />PATRICIA E.
