<br />63. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the project developer shall submit <br />evidence to the City of Santa Ana of a fee payment between the developer <br />and the SAUSD to offset school facility related impacts. <br /> <br />64. Prior to the issuance of certificate of occupancy permits the project <br />developer shall meet Municipal Code Parkland requirements through the <br />dedication of land and/or the payment of park impact fees, as determined <br />by the Planning Division. <br /> <br />65. Prior to the issuance of building permits the project applicant shall provide <br />a fair share contribution for the restriping of the southbound approach <br />along Grand Avenue to provide one exclusive left turn lane, one shared <br />left turn lane and one exclusive right turn lane. <br /> <br />66. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the project applicant shall provide <br />a fair share contribution for the restriping of the southbound approach of <br />Imperial Promenade to provide two exclusive left turn lanes, a shared left <br />turn-through lane and dual right lanes. <br /> <br />67. The project applicant shall be subject to Transportation System <br />Improvement Fees and San Joaquin Hills corridor Fees. <br /> <br />68. Prior to final approval of the proposed project by the City of Santa Ana, the <br />project applicant shall receive all necessary approvals from the FAA and <br />the Orange County Airport Land Use Commission, unless overruled by the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />69. Prior to the issuance of grading permits, the project applicant shall <br />coordinate with the City of Santa Ana Water Department regarding the <br />depths, locations and sizes of proposed water distribution facilities. <br /> <br />70. Water conservation measures recommended by the State Department of <br />Water Resources and applicable state laws requiring the use of water- <br />efficient plumbing fixtures and recommendations for low-water-using <br />landscape shall be incorporated into the project design as appropriate. <br />GPM are prohibited. <br /> <br />B. Police Department <br /> <br />1. A security plan must be submitted to the Police Department at the plan <br />check stage for approval. The plan must cover all aspects of the projects <br />security including security personnel, surveillance equipment, and <br />hardware. The project will be required to have a minimum of four state <br />licensed uniformed security personnel.
