<br />Executive Officer Golding introduced Staff Analyst Brady who presented the staff report on this
<br />proposal to develop a mixed-use complex featuring two residential condominiwn towers of 18 and 8
<br />stories atop a 3-1evel parking structure. He noted some minor discrepancies in the refer.rallerters and
<br />attaclunents. explaining the clarifications about the total number of dwelling units and the overall height
<br />of the project that had been provided by the city's plarmer and by the architect, respectively, He added
<br />that the Fire Code~required emergency-only roof top helipad is exempt from the Caltrans/DOA permit
<br />process and consequently from ALUC review; while citing the project's distance fl:om JW A RUllway
<br />19R, from the extended 19R centerline, and the project's maximum heights above ground and sea level.
