City of Santa Ana - Geneva Commons - MacArthur Place Zone ChaJU!e (JW A AELUP): <br /> <br />Executive Officer Golding introduced Staff Analyst Brady who presented the staff report on this <br />proposal to develop a mixed-use complex featuring two residential condominiwn towers of 18 and 8 <br />stories atop a 3-1evel parking structure.
