The City and Contractor entered into Agreement A-2004-023, dated February <br />2,2004, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", in which Contractor <br />agreed to perform steam cleaning pressure washing of sidewalks in downtown <br />Santa Ana, <br /> <br />B. The parties now desire to extend said Agreement for an additional twelve- <br />month term and increase the compensation to pay for the services during the <br />extended term. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises <br />hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said <br />Agreement, as hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1, Section 2,a, COMPENSATION, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with <br />the following: <br /> <br />"City agrees to pay, and Consultant agrees to accept as total payment for its <br />services, $385.00 per working night, five (5) nights per week, 52 weeks per year. <br />The total sum to be expended under this Agreement shall not exceed $110,000,00, <br />during the term from February 1,2005 through January 31, 2006," <br /> <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date from January <br />31,2005 through January 31, 2006, <br /> <br />3.
