DUNBAR spoke regarding Variance 82-23, <br /> 901 W. Civic Center Drive, and <br /> expressed the concerns of the <br />neighborhood relative to landscaping of the project. <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Janice Boer, 912 North Lowell, <br />J.
