The site <br />is surrounded by industrial uses to the west, north and south and open <br />space to the east (Exhibits 1 and 2) . <br /> <br />The subject property is approximately 2.59 acres in area. The property <br />is flat, rectangular in shape and is currently occupied by two <br />industrial buildings. Building One contains 29,700 square feet of area <br />with three tenant spaces. Building Two contains 12,060 square feet of <br />area and contains a single tenant space. The property is located on <br />Susan Street between Harvard Street and Edinger Avenue. <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />The proposed proj ect is to subdivide the property into two parcels. <br />Parcell will consist of 1.97 acres with approximately 253 feet of <br />street frontage.
