The project will serve only to <br />reconfigure existing property lines and will not alter the <br />physical appearance of the project. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />The proposed proj ect, as conditioned, conforms to all applicable <br />requirements of the zoning and subdivision codes, as well as other <br />applicable City ordinances. <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision conforms to the <br />street frontage requirements, as well as <br />intent of the State of California <br />provisions. <br /> <br />minimum lot size and <br />meets the letter and <br />Subdivision Map Act <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />The project site is physically suitable for the type and density of <br />the proposed project. <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision is appropriately suited for the site <br />and the surrounding area.
