<br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />March 30, 2005 <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2005-06 (COUNTY MAP NO. 2004-212) <br /> <br />Ken Adams, Zoning Administrator, opened the public hearing at 10:59 a.m. in the City Hall Ross <br />Annex Conference Room 2001. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Carlos Velasquez, Applicant, Richard Munoz, Dick and Barbara <br />Motoyama, Marco Ramirez, Bill Apple, Case Planner, Karen Haluza, Principal Planner and <br />Martha Ramirez, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Bill Apple presented the staff report and recommendation for property at 1509 North English <br />Street. Applicant is requesting to subdivide a 0.28-acre parcel into two residential lots. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator stated that the structure being demolished is an existing garage. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams referred to the conditions of approval, and Mr. Velasquez concurred that he <br />understood and would comply. <br /> <br />Mr. Motoyama (neighbor) commented about excessive cars in the area. Mr. Velasquez indicated <br />a two-car garage would replace the single-car garage. Applicant indicated he would consider <br />occupying one ofthe residences. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator indicated that the property owner is within the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />compliance to build two homes with enclosed parking. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator moved to adopt a resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map No. 2005-06 <br />as conditioned. <br /> <br />Adjourned: 11 :07 a.m. <br /> <br />Martha Ramirez, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />31 C-12 <br />
