Bristol Market Place is a commercial <br />center comprised of maj or retail stores, a grocery store, drug store, <br />restaurants and other general retailers. <br /> <br />The property is located within the General Commercial (C2) zoning <br />district and has a General Plan land use designation of General <br />Commercial (GC) with a floor area ratio of 0.5. This site is surrounded <br />by commercial uses to the east and west along Seventeenth Street.
