Council member Lisa Bist by telephone. <br /> <br />Staff members present: City Manager, Dave Ream, Community Development Agency <br />Executive Director Patricia C. Whitaker, Planning and Building Agency Executive <br />Director Steve Harding, Planning Manager Jay Trevino, Chief Assistant City Attorney <br />Benjamin Kaufman, Senior Planner Sergio Klotz, Community Preservation Inspector <br />Alvaro Nunez, Downtown Development Manager Matthew Lamb and Redevelopment <br />Assistant, Danell Mercado. <br /> <br />Community members present: Tim Rush <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />land and property uses to support downtown residential <br /> <br />Committee requested a discussion concerning retail amenities in the downtown <br />for new residential component. Are there enough amenities to support the <br />residential units? What is the 5-year plan?
