<br />(2) <br /> <br />The City may, in its discretion, incorporate in a franchise <br />agreement those customer service and protection standards <br />referenced above in paragraph (I) that are the most <br />stringent, and that afford the greatest protection to <br />consumers. These standards will apply, to the extent <br />authorized by law, to all video, voice, and data services that <br />are provided by Grantee to its subscribers within the <br />franchise service area." <br /> <br />Section 2. Article III of Chapter 15 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />(sections 15-300 through 15-307, inclusive) is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 3. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of <br />this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision <br />of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby declares that it would have adopted this ordinance and each section, <br />subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that <br />anyone or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions be <br />declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />,2005 <br /> <br />Miguel A.
