<br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-03 <br />April 11, 2005 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />Based upon the above analysis and findings (Exhibit 5), it is recommended <br />that the Planning Commission approve Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-03 as <br />conditioned (Exhibit 6). <br /> <br />CEQA Compliance <br /> <br />This proj ect was reviewed in accordance with the guidelines for the <br />California Environmental Quality Act. The recommendation is exempt from <br />further review pursuant to Section 15301. This Class 1 exemption allows <br />rehabilitation of damaged facilities and structures.
