<br />F. <br /> <br />The Applicant is requesting site plan approval for the project (Site Plan <br />Review No. 2004-06). The zoning designation for the subject property is <br />Specific Development Plan No. 43 (SD-43). <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Section 41-593.5(c) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code requires <br />review of all. plans within a specific development plan area to ensure <br />the project is in conformity with the Specific Plan. <br /> <br />The project is in compliance with all applicable development <br />standards outlined within the Specific Development Plan (SD-43). <br /> <br />The project ha.s been determined to be in compliance with applicable <br />parking,. landsc"ping . and architectural provisions governing the <br />projeçt, with thl'i. exception of the setback which is addressed in <br />Variance No. 2004-11 above. <br /> <br />Section 2 Pursu¡;¡nt to PuþlicUtilitie$C9deSections 21670 and 21676, the City <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds the project to be consistent with the <br />purposes of the State AeronauticsAct: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />How does this project provide for the orderly development of JWA? <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Re$oiution 2005-040 <br />Page 6 of 61 <br /> <br />The. Rather, the ALUC assumes that JWA will continue to <br />operatl'i the present ¡jay Il'ivels until at least December 31, <br />2015, "The Corumissi9naS$umes that the Airport will <br />continue to operate in accor¡j¡;¡PCe with the JWA Master Plan <br />until at least 2003. The settlement agreement modifications <br />were ah¡;o approvedÞy the two citizens groups which are <br />signatories to th.e original 1985 Settlement Stipulation. <br />The$e modification$ incre"se the regulated Average Daily <br />Departure$ from 73 to 69, and the permitted number of <br />commercial pa$¡¡engl'ir lOading bridges from 14 to 18. This <br />activity level will continue through, or after, December 31, <br />2015.
