That the votes of a majority of all of the voters voting at said election upon Proposition A were cast against the adoption of said proposi- tion, and said proposition is hereby declared to have been rejected at said election. 5. Ogden Markel and A1 Serrato Day" in the City of Santa Ana. He further reflected on his two years as Mayor of Santa Ana and introduced members of his family seated in the audience.
