NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - PROPOSED FINANCING FOR THE SANTA ANA/ORANGE COUNTY <br />TRANSPORTATION CENTER. <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing with regard to proposed financing <br />for the Santa Ana/Orange County Transportation Center. <br /> <br />The Director of Community Development presented the staff report and <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications. <br /> <br />There were no speakers on the matter.
