For <br />Citywide Computerized Traffic Signal System <br />May 2, 2005 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />recommended action is not considered a CEQA project.
