Currently, the Agency is utilizing the <br />consultant services of URS, Inc. to inspect all commercial and industrial <br />sites within the city to ensure compliance with the permit. <br /> <br />In accordance with the City's stormwater permit, all high priority <br />industrial sites need to be inspected annually, medium priority <br />industrial sites inspected semi -annually, and low priority commercial <br />sites inspected once every three years. URS has extensive experience in <br />this field and has been providing quality service to the City. Staff is <br />recommending an amendment to an existing contract with the firm of URS <br />Inc., in an amount of $29,000. This extension is needed in order to meet <br />the commercial/industrial inspection deadline as outlined in the <br />stormwater permit. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental <br />recommended action is not considered a CEQA <br />environmental documentation is required. <br /> <br />Quality Act (CEQA), the <br />project.
