The City Manager expressed the City's intention to honor <br />agreements between the City and the Irvine Ranch Water District and <br />Orange County Water District. <br /> <br />60. COUNCIL AGESDA IT~4S <br /> <br />Councilmember Young reported that he received a letter from Ron Godinez <br />of Western Medical Center, stating that the Center is pursuing a senior <br />citizen housing project as a non-profit sponsor. Councilmember Young <br />requested that letters be sent to Congressman Badham and Congressman <br />Patterson asking for their support. <br /> <br />Councilmember Young referred to a memo written by Councilmember Johnson <br />and himself, regarding overcro~ed housing and slumlords.
