The site <br />is bounded on all four sides by light industrial uses, There are four <br />existing buildings on the project site totaling 40,643 square feet <br />(Exhibits 1 and 2) . <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />The map is being filed for condominium purposes, which will allow the <br />air space within four industrial buildings to be subdivided into <br />condominium units. The four buildings are located on one parcel which <br />provides open space, landscaping and parking for the project site <br />(Exhibit 3).
