The Mayor opened the public hearing on the following: <br /> <br />85. PROPOSED CO~[UNITY DEVELOPME~f BLOCK GRAF~T BUDGET ~)R FISCAL YEAR <br /> 1983-84 AAD ~]ERGENCY JOBS BILL GRA~ BUDGET. <br /> <br />86. A. PROPOSED PRELIMINARY BUDGET. <br /> <br />C. GENERAL REVENUE SHARIEG P ~ROGRAM. <br /> <br />D. Th~-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented an overview of the proposed budgets. <br /> <br />The following persons spoke with regard to the Conmunity Development Block <br />Grant Budget: <br /> <br />Michael wideman, 1211 N. Louise <br />Ina Bliss, on behalf of Faith Bracamontes, 1605 W. 3rd <br />Adeline Walker, 323 E. Chestnut <br />Dr. Dorothy Davis, Pride Development Council <br />Mary Douglas, 1411 N.
