Bishop, addressed Council with a complaint about the <br />winners of the City-sponsored home improvement contest. <br /> <br />Dale Conner, 4901 Maurie, requested a response to his complaint against <br />the Santa Ana Police Department's attempt to haul away numerous <br />automobiles in Mr. Conner's backyard. <br /> <br />Leo Hassen, father of Linda Conner, complained of harrassment by the Santa <br />Ana Police Department of his daughter regarding the automobiles. <br /> <br />Council recessed to Cormmmity Redevelopment Agency at 9:08 p.m., and <br />reconvened at 9:11 p.m., with the sam~ members present. <br /> <br />75. ~ATER RA~ INCREASE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1983-84. <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />The Director of Public Works presented the staff report and <br />recommendat ions. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications. <br /> <br />There were no speakers on the matter.
