Professional, business and administrative olfices and services. <br /> <br />2. Banks, finance, insurance and real estate offices. Walk.in <br />facilities shall be on the first ftoor oniy. <br /> <br />3. Public agencies, and quasi. public organizalions and offICes. <br /> <br />4. Trade schoOis, professional schools and academlc colleges. <br /> <br />5. Specially and general practice medical and dental offices, <br />including counseling and psychology, above the ground ievel <br />(second tioor or above). <br /> <br />6. Service and commercial retail uses which shall be limited 10: <br />book slares, stalianary shops, gl<< slores, personal and business <br />services', restaurants, delicatessens, florists, pharmacies, and <br />specially markets.
