Waiver of Laws. The Agency shall not (to the extent then <br />permitted by law) at any tirre insist upon or plead in any manner whatsoever or <br />claim or take the benefit or advantage of any stay or extension law now or at <br />any time hereafter in force wh ich may affect the covenants and agreements <br />c.ontained in this Resolution or Supplerrental Res.olution or in the Bonds. and <br />all benefit .or advantage of any such law or laws is hereby expressly waived by <br />the Agency. <br /> <br />909. CoWJliance with C.onditions Precedent. Upon the date of issuance <br />of any of the onds. all conditions, acts and thlngs required by law .or by the <br />Resolution to exist. t.o have happened or to have been perforrred precedent to <br />or in the issuance of such Bonds shall exist. have happened and have been <br />perforrred. and such Bonds. together with all other indebtedness of the Agency, <br />shall be within every debt and other limit prescribed by law. <br /> <br />910. <br /> <br />Issuance of Additional Obligations. <br /> <br />(A) Except for Refunding Bonds issued pursuant to Secti.on 211. <br />the Agency shall not hereafter create or permit the creation of or issue any <br />'ob 1 igat ions or create any add it iona 1 indebtedness wh i ch wi 11 be secured by a <br />charge and lien on the Pledged Revenues-. .or Funds and Accounts or which will <br />be payable from the Revenue Fund. Interest Fund. Principal Fund, Sinking Fund. <br />Debt Service Reserve Fund. Asset Accumulation Fund or Prior Redemption Fund. <br />except for the Bonds authorized herein. <br /> <br />(B) The Agency express ly reserves the right to adopt one or more <br />other general bond resolutions for any of its programs. and reserves the right <br />to issue .other obligations so long as the sarre are not a charge or lien on the <br />Pledged Revenues or Funds and Accounts, or payable from the Funds and Acc.ounts <br />established and created pursuant to Article V here.of. and maintained pursuant <br />to the Resoluti.on. <br /> <br />911. Program Covenants. <br /> <br />(A) The Agency shall with all practical dispatch and in a sound <br />and economical manner consistent in all respects with the Act and with the <br />provisions of this Resolution. use and apply the proceeds of the Bonds to the <br />purchase of the Mortgage Loan Part ic ipat ion and the mak i ng of a Loan to <br />Lender. and shall do all such acts and things necessary t.o receive and collect <br />or cause to be received and collected Pledged Revenues. as may be consistent <br />with sound banking practices and principles and shall diligently enf.orce. and <br />take all steps. act ions and proceed i ngs reasonab ly necessary in the judgment <br />.of the Agency for the enforcement of all terms. covenants and conditions of <br />the Mortgage Loan Participation Purchase and Servicing Agreement.
