<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-05 OF THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA HONORING THE SERVICE OF <br />ROBERT BALEN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert Balen has displayed deep dedication to the economic <br />development and revitalization of the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert Balen has served on the Community Redevelopment <br />Commission since June 15, 1987. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert Balen has been instrumental in the formulation and <br />implementation of a successful redevelopment strategy for the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Commission of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />The Community Redevelopment Commission honors the service and <br />accomplishments of Robert Balen and expresses its deepest thanks for his <br />contributions to the community. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 1989, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: ADLER, ALLEMAN, ESPARZA, GOSSE, MACK, MILLS, <br />ROSENOW <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~d'~~ <br />Cynth a J.
