The <br />primary purpose of this agreement was to streamline the funding <br />allocation process for projects funded through the Combined <br />Transportation Funding Program and the Bicycle and pedestrian Facilities <br />Program. The MFA also specifies the roles and responsibilities of the <br />City and OCTA. Amendment No. 10 is required to incorporate minor <br />adjustments made to projects during the semi-annual review conducted in <br />September 2004. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> <br /> <br />ames G.
