The roadway widening project currently <br />underway is Bristol Street from Pine Street to Third Street. The required <br />right of way services include real estate appraisals, property <br />acquisition, relocation assistance and interim property management. These <br />types of services are needed to acquire and clear the property needed for <br />the project. <br /> <br />In response to a request for proposals, three firms submitted proposals <br />for right of way services. Staff members from the Public Works Agency <br />and City Attorney's Office evaluated the proposals. <br /> <br />Each firm was rated according to its qualifications, past experience and <br />capacity to perform the required work.
