<br />Section 2: That Section 3A of Resolution No. 91-066, as amended, is hereby <br />further amended by: <br /> <br />A. deleting the unrepresented classification title of Executive Director of <br />Planning and Building <br /> <br />B. adding the unrepresented classification title of Deputy City Manager for <br />Development Services at the fifteen-step salary rate range of EM-37 <br />($108,684-153,576 per year). <br /> <br />C. designating the newly created classification title of Deputy City Manager <br />for Development Services as Executive Management by assigning the <br />parenthetical identifier "EM" after this classification title. <br /> <br />D. providing an equity salary adjustment increasing the fifteen-step salary <br />rate range assigned to the unrepresented executive management <br />classification title of Executive Director of Public Works (EM) from EM-33 <br />($98,472-139,128 per year) to EM-35 ($103,464-146,160 per year). <br /> <br />Section 3: That Ordinance No. NS-2653, the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year <br />2004-2005, as amended, is hereby further amended by: <br /> <br />A. reallocating one position from the classification title of Executive Director <br />of Planning and Building (EM) to the classification title of Deputy City <br />Manager for Development Services (EM). <br /> <br />B. reallocating one position from the classification title of Planning Manager <br />(MM) to the classification title of Executive Director of Planning and <br />Building Safety (EM). <br /> <br />Section 4: That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of <br />Resolution No. 91-066, as amended, and the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2004-2005, <br />as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 5: That this Resolution shall be operative immediately upon its date of <br />adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 16th day of Mav, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-050 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
