EXHIBIT C <br />SCHEDULE FOR PUBLICLY -OWNED IMPROVEMENTS <br />City shall complete item no. I.a. on Exhibit A of Publicly -Owned Improvements not later <br />than June 2005. <br />2. City shall complete item no. Lb. on Exhibit A of Publicly -Owned Improvements not later <br />than five (5) years after the Agency provides City with the then estimated cost of the <br />project. <br />3. City shall complete item no. l.c. on Exhibit A of Publicly -Owned Improvements not later <br />than five (5) years after the Agency provides City with the then estimated cost of the <br />project. <br />Notwithstanding this schedule, City shall make a reasonable good faith effort to effectuate the <br />completion of these Publicly -Owned Improvements (which, under current law. must be designed <br />and constructed by Southern California Edison and not the City) prior to the dates specified above. <br />EXHIBIT D <br />Ordinance No. NS -2680 20 <br />Page 50 of 51 <br />
