REPORTS <br /> <br />CRIME AND ARREST INFORMATION - SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT, <br />CALENDAR YEAR 1983. <br /> <br />The Police Chief reviewed for the Council facts and figures <br />found in the FBI Criminal Index, the California Index and the <br />Seven Major Offenses.
