Tustin, <br />Santa Ana. <br /> <br />RECONVENE - 7:47 P.M. - City Councilmembers Acosta, Bricken, Griset, <br /> Johnson, Luxembourger, McGuigan, Young. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />INVOCATION - Mike Pulsifer, Pastor, First Presbyterian Church of Santa Aha <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION - Proclamation presented by Councilmember John Acosta to <br /> Zika Djokovich, on behalf of the American Red Cross <br /> proclaiming March, 1984, as "Red Cross Month." <br /> <br />PRESENTATION - City Seal Tile plaque presented by Councilmember <br /> Daniel E. Griset to Zeke Garza in appreciation of his <br /> service to the City of Santa Aha as a member of the <br /> Recreation, Parks, and Community Services Board. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />76. MINOR EXCEPTION 83-41 - 2406 WEST EDINGER AVENUE. <br /> <br /> (Continued by Council on February 6, 1984.) <br /> <br /> Filed by Ben C. Munoz to permit off-site sale of beer and wine in <br /> an approved convenience market located at 2406 West Edinger Avenue, <br /> in the C5 District. <br /> <br /> Recommended for approval by the Zoning Administrator on December 14, <br /> 1983. <br /> <br /> The Mayor opened the public hearing on Minor Exception 83-41. <br /> <br /> The Chief of Planning presented the staff report and recommendations. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the Council reported receipt of a petition with approx- <br /> imately 320 signatures opposing the Minor Exception. <br /> <br /> Rudy Montejano, 888 W.
