A-2005-079 INSUI ONCE ON FILE IkO� rROCEED UNIT! !NSURANCEEXPIRES _t — I "G Cn CLERt OF COUNCIL GATE 5 -;�7—c,5 CAA rf,C,N- AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF COMPUTER SUPPORT SERVICES THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this I � day of April, 2005, by and between the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"), and Northrop Gruman Information Technology, Inc. ("Consultant"). RECITALS A. The City and the Consultant entered that certain agreement (A2004-119) dated June 1" 2004, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement', for Consultant to provide service and maintenance for Cyber MCT (Police Access) system software. B. The parties hereto now desire to extend the Term and increase Compensation terms of said Agreement in order to provide continuous uninterrupted services under the terms of said Agreement. C. PSI has merged with its parent company Northrop Gruman Information Technology, Inc. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: 1. Section 2 of said Agreement pertaining to Compensation shall be increased in an amount not to exceed $52,000.00. 2. Section 3 "Term" of said Agreement shall be extended to terminate on May 31, 2006. 3. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement and all Exhibits thereto remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
