Filed by Martin Communications, Inc., appealing the Planning Commission's denial of Variance 82-24 and Conditional Use Permit 82-23, to permit one off-premise billboard 40 feet in height in the M2 District, and to waive the requirement prohibiting advertising signs within 500 feet of a freeway when viewed primarily from a freeway - 800-810 E. Dyer Road.
