Newhope, outlined the difficulties she was having in <br />trying to obtain a variance which would permit her to operate a business <br />out of the home she is renting. The Mayor explained to her that variances <br />are only granted to home owners and that she must first straighten out her <br />problem with the owner before the Council and the City of Santa Aha could <br />proceed. <br /> <br />The Assistant City Attorney indicated that it was necessary to correct the <br />Minutes of the March 20, 1984, City Council meeting--the amount of <br />worker's compensation settlement awarded in the Walden case should read <br />$14,647.50. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 124 APRIL 2, 1984 <br /> <br /> <br />
