Bereavement Leave: Whenever travel over 500 miles is required an <br />employee may use up to two additional days (16 <br />hours) charged to Personnel Necessity Leave when <br />approved. <br /> <br />9. Layoff and Sub-Contracting: Amend language to provide advance notice <br />whenever City plans to layoff or when <br />contracting out affects employees, to <br />provide opportunity to discuss and <br />exchange information. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Compensatory Time off: <br /> <br />Amend language to require reasonable <br />before taking compensatory time off <br />time cannot be taken within the year, <br />off such overtime. <br /> <br />notice <br />and if <br />to pay- <br /> <br />11.
