<br />Construction operations for the proposed project would not <br />require de-watering activities. Additionally, the proposed <br />project would not interfere with ground water recharge <br />because the site is not located in an area that is known to <br />recharge the ground water system. The short-term <br />construction operations and long-term operation of the <br />proposed project would not have any adverse impact on <br />groundwater supplies. <br /> <br />C. Substantially alter the existing drainage pattern of the <br />site or area, including through the alteration of the <br />course of stream or river, or substantially increase the <br />rate or amount of surface runoff in a manner, which would <br />result in flooding on or off-site? <br /> <br />D. Create or contribute runoff water which, would exceed the <br />capacity of existing or planned stor.m water drainage <br />systems or provide substantial additional sources of <br />polluted run-off? <br /> <br />L. Result in increased impervious surfaces and associated <br />runoff? <br /> <br />M. Create a significant adverse environmental impact to <br />drainage patterns due to changes in runoff flow rates or <br />volumes. <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The project site is located within an urbanized area with <br />improved drainage facilities. Based on a preliminary <br />analysis of drainage conditions and facilities on the <br />project site and the surrounding area, the City's Public <br />Works Department has indicated that it is feasible that <br />existing drainage facilities within the project area would <br />be able to adequately drain the proposed project. <br /> <br />F. Place housing within a lOO-year floodplain, as mapped <br />on a federal Flood Hazard Boundary or Flood Insurance <br />Rate Map or other flood hazard delineation map? <br />G. Place housing within a 100-year floodplain, as mapped <br />on a federal Flood Hazard Boundary or Flood Insurance <br />Rate Map or other flood hazard delineation map? <br />H.
