Result in inadequate emergency access <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />As part of the City's development review process, the Fire <br />Department has reviewed the proposed project for potential <br />impacts in regards to emergency access. The Fire Department <br />has determined that adequate emergency access would be <br />provided. <br /> <br />F. Result in inadequate parking capacity <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />In accordance with the City's parking standards, the <br />proposed project is providing a total of 6 onsite parking <br />spaces. No adverse parking impacts would be associated with <br />the proposed project. <br /> <br />G. Conflict with adopted policies supporting alternative <br />transportation <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would not be in conflict with any <br />adopted policies regarding alternative modes of <br />transportation.
