J. Segerstrom & Sons is requesting approval of an amendment to the <br />previously-approved Development Agreement No. 1990-03 in order to allow an <br />extension of time for a portion of the existing entitlement. <br /> <br />Property Description <br /> <br />The properties that will be subject to this development agreement <br />extension total 17.7 acres and are contained in four separate parcels <br />located south of Lake Center Drive on both the east and west sides of <br />Susan Street. <br /> <br />The site is zoned Specific Development No. 58 (SD-58) and has a General <br />Plan land use designation of Industrial (IND).
