Building Heights. All future on-site uses will be subject to a <br />height limitation of 200 feet above ground level, which is defined as <br />a measurement from the elevation of the top slab of the first floor <br />on-grade to the top of the structure. <br /> <br />2. Setbacks. A minimum of 15 feet setback shall be provided between <br />proposed on-site uses and right-of-way boundaries for the following <br />streets: Lake Center Drive, Susan Street, Sunflower Avenue and <br />MacArthur.
