<br />RESOLUTION 2005-052 <br /> <br />REVENUE <br />ACCOUNT <br /> <br />SECTION X <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENTIMISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE <br /> <br />UNIT <br /> <br />PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br />SPECIFIC CODE FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />BUILDING CODE <br /> <br />Any person desiring a permit required by the Building Code <br />shall, at the time of filing an application fee of$4.00 <br />towards the State Mandated Training Program and pay a fee <br />equal to $28.50 plus the sum of the fees for the work to be <br />done under the permit as set forth in the following schedule. <br />There is no minimum fee for the issuance of a permit for <br />single family residences and duplexes. <br /> <br />Each Permit <br /> <br />The determination of total valuation shall be made by the <br />Building Official. The value to be used shall be the total <br />value of all construction work for which the permit is issued <br />using the building valuation data based upon in the most <br />recent edition of Building Standards published by the <br />International Conference of Building Official.
