Equity Adjustment: Effective July I, 2005 = Increase of six percent <br />(6%) in base salary for the classifications of Battalion Chief and <br />Fire Marshal. <br /> <br />4. Medical Premium Contributions: Effective July 1, 2006 = Maintain <br />California Kaiser HMO rates during the term of the Agreement. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Dental Premium Contributions: <br /> <br />January I, <br />January I, <br />January 1, <br />January I, <br />"employee <br />2008 <br /> <br />2006 = <br />2007 = <br />2008 <br />2005 <br />only" <br /> <br />$90/month (family) <br />$100/month (family) <br />$110/month (family) <br />= Maintain 100% of <br />rate thru June 30, <br /> <br />25L-1 <br />
