Since the project is consistent the City procedures <br />and guidelines, ETAC recommended the installation of speed humps on Adams <br />Street, Rene Drive, Shelton Street, Park Drive, Diamond Street and Susan <br />Street at their May 12, 2005 meeting. <br /> <br />Following City <br />specifications, <br />early 2006. <br /> <br />Council approval, staff will prepare the design, <br />and bid package. Construction is expected to begin in <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />After completion of the Environmental Review, a Categorical Exclusion <br />will be filed pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The estimated cost to install six speed hump locations is $49,900.
