Patronage at the facility <br />has escalated in recent years to over nine million persons serviced <br />annually. Therefore consistent, high-level custodial service must be <br />maintained at all times in order to keep the facility clean and <br />attractive. <br /> <br />The current custodial maintenance contract will expire on June 30, 2005. <br />A Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued to 13 qualified vendors to <br />provide custodial maintenance services. The RFP was also published on <br />March 30, 2005, in the Orange County Register.
