<br />E. The City has approved a categorical exemption prepared for the <br />project as adequate for approval of the Agreement. As a "responsible <br />agency," the Agency agrees that this environmental document appropriately <br />analyzes the project and complies with the California Environmental Quality <br />Act. <br /> <br />F. Pursuant to the provisions of the California Redevelopment Law, the <br />Agency and the City Council have held a duly noticed joint public hearing on <br />the proposed sale of the Site pursuant to the Agreement. <br /> <br />Rp.dion ? The Disposition and Development Agreement is hereby approved, <br />and the Executive Director of the Agency is hereby authorized to execute the Agreement, <br />with such non-substantive changes as may be approved by Agency's General Counsel, <br />including, but not limited to replacement of the DDA signatories with three (3) valid, <br />single-purpose, limited liability companies formed by Griffin Structures, Inc., Nestor & <br />Gaffney Architecture and Rosenow, Spevacek Group, respectively, so long as the <br />owners/shareholders of Griffin Structures, Inc., Nestor & Gaffney Architecture and <br />Rosenow, Spevacek Group possess the same ownership and control. <br /> <br />Sp.ction 3.
