submitted to the Personnel Services Department within three months following <br />completion of the course become void. <br />D. Upon receipt of the required documentation, the Personnel Services Department will <br />determine whether the completed course of instruction is compatible with the <br />provisions of Sections 2 and 3 of this Article. If found to be compatible, the <br />Personnel Services Department will compute the amount of reimbursement, <br />authenticate the application, and forward it to the Police Chief. <br />E. The Police Chief will then authorize the Finance and Management Services <br />Department to reimburse the employee the approved amount out of the budget of the <br />Police Department. <br />27 <br />
