Under this contract, a third and <br />final one-year contract extension is allowed. <br /> <br />Since Naranjo Landscape has successfully provided these services as <br />specified by the contract, and has agreed to continue under the current <br />terms and conditions, the City Council is requested to approve a third <br />and final one-year extension for an amount not to exceed $175,000. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds for this contract are budgeted for and available in the Sanitation <br />Fund (account no. 68-632-6291); the Clean Water Protection Fund (account <br />no. 57-635-6291); and Community Development Agency Fund (account no. 507- <br />508-6291) . <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br /> <br />I <br />/0 <br /> <br />Jam s .
