These appraisal services <br />include determining the fair market value for acquisitions of the entire <br />property as well as portions of properties. In addition, appraisers are <br />needed to determine the value of surplus city owned land for disposal <br />purposes. <br /> <br />Staff has solicited proposals from qualified firms. Two firms submitted <br />proposals. Staff members from the Public Works Agency and the City <br />Attorney's Office evaluated the proposals and rated them according to the <br />qualifications, past experience and capacity to perform the required <br />work.
